個人簡介

本科畢業于bet356在线官方网站,先後獲得中國科學院大學碩士學位和英屬哥倫比亞大學博士學位,MD安德森癌症中心和新墨西哥大學從事博士後研究,20239月加入bet356在线官方网站,擔任副研究員。

 

研究方向

酶體損傷是一種在衆多疾病中常見的細胞病變,這些疾病包括病原體感染(例如新冠病毒感染)、老年性疾病(比如神經退行性疾病)、以及環境污染(包括PM2.5微粒)相關的疾病。細胞如何在内外壓力和刺激下維持包括溶酶體在内的内部穩态平衡是其最基礎和本質的功能。本課題組旨在研究溶酶體在應激壓力下與其他細胞器或細胞結構的聯動機制以及自噬相關蛋白在其中的作用。
