個人簡介:
畢業于南京大學生物學系,獲理學學士和碩士學位,1994年赴日本留學,2000年獲日本東京大學醫學系研究科分子細胞生物學博士學位,同年為日本學術振興會外國人特别研究員,2001年起,在美國加州大學舊金山分校(UCSF)作博士後,20048月起受聘為bet356在线官方网站教授。主要研究神經系統發育缺陷而緻相關神經精神疾病的發生機制。曾獲國家傑出青年科學基金資助,作為首席科學家和首席專家主持國家重點基礎研究計劃(973)以及863項目。研究工作同時受到國家自然科學基金面上及重點項目支持。曾入選首批江蘇省“333工程中青年科技領軍人才,江蘇省特聘教授;獲江蘇省有突出貢獻中青年專家稱号;2009年入選新世紀百千萬人才工程國家級人選;享受國務院特殊津貼。現任中國神經科學學會理事、江蘇省發育生物學會副理事長、江蘇省解剖學會副理事長等。

研究方向:端腦發育的調控與相關神經精神疾病的病理機制

海馬、新皮層是行使腦高級功能如學習記憶、情感的重要功能區域,多種認知和情感障礙均與早期海馬以及新皮層神經環路的發育異常密切相關,但其發生發展機制尚不明了。本課題組主要利用基因工程小鼠,通過基因敲除、轉基因等手段揭示海馬和新皮層神經環路發育過程中神經幹細胞的分化、神經元遷移和成熟的調控機制,探讨環路中興奮性神經元與抑制性中間神經元二者之間的平衡維持機制,旨在為深入理解腦高級功能的神經生物學基礎及其相關疾病的發生機制提供線索。
