研究方向:心血管疾病發病機制

心血管疾病是人類健康的“第一殺手”,每年奪走約1790萬人的生命。目前人們對于心血管疾病的發病機制尚不完全清楚。本實驗室聚焦心肌肥厚和心肌損傷,圍繞信号通路轉錄因子和線粒體,以小鼠為模式動物,運用生物化學與分子生物學細胞生物學表觀遺傳學等方法研究心血管疾病相關分子的作用機理。
