研究方向:突觸形成、成熟及相關疾病發病機制

         突觸是神經元之間或神經元與靶細胞間形成的特殊細胞連接,介導神經信号在神經系統及其靶器官間傳遞,是神經環路形成和腦功能行使結構和功能單位。突觸異常是導緻精神疾病、神經疾病、感覺和運動障礙等疾病首要原因。但其形成、成熟調控機制遠未厘清,相關疾病發病機制尚不明确。本實驗室利用小鼠、果蠅等模式生物,以運動神經元與肌肉之間突觸-神經肌肉接頭為研究對象,綜合細胞生物學、分子生物學、電生理等研究手段,探究突觸形成、成熟調控機制,以及運動神經元退行性疾病脊髓側索硬化症、脊髓性肌萎縮發病機制和治療策略。
