研究方向:表觀遺傳調控與疾病的發生發展
越來越多的研究表明表觀遺傳調控異常與多種發育缺陷以及疾病之間息息相關,因而長期以來受到廣泛的關注。基因組印記是指父源和母源的等位基因因表觀遺傳上的差異而造成的差異性表達。印記基因參與了衆多關鍵的信号通路,調節細胞的增殖分化以及幹細胞的全能性,在發育和疾病發生發展過程中起到重要的作用。由于其單基因表達的特點,印記基因表達水平更加容易受到遺傳,表觀遺傳以及環境波動的影響,從而造成各種先天性疾病以及癌症。本實驗室主要在多種疾病與發育模型中來探索印記基因的表達調控。這将為我們提供一個很好的模型來研究表觀遺傳修飾與轉錄因子介導的基因轉錄調控之間的相關性和因果性,也将為我們在疾病與發育異常中矯正基因表達缺陷做鋪墊工作。
