個人簡介
      1983年畢業于南京鐵道醫學院醫學系獲學士學位并留校任教,1999年畢業于南京師範大學生物系獲理學博士學位。2001年任教授,主持國家自然基金4項。曾獲省部級科技進步二、三、四等獎各1項。被評為鐵道部科技拔尖人才、江蘇省“青藍工程”優秀青年骨幹教師。多年來,承擔《醫學免疫學》、《醫學微生物學》、《免疫學基礎與技術》、《分子生物學》、《病毒學》等專業基礎課和專業課的教學,主編和副主編教材3部。2001年赴德國ULM大學高級訪問學者。2003年獲準建設“發育與疾病相關基因”教育部重點實驗室,任副主任;2000年4月至2009年11月任bet356在线官方网站基礎醫學院副院長,2009年12月起任bet356在线官方网站醫學院副院長。

研究方向:MHC與腫瘤及神經發育
      主要組織相容性複合體(major histocompatibility complex, MHC),是脊推動物某一染色體上(人為6号,小鼠為17号)編碼主要組織相容性抗原,控制細胞間相互識别,調節免疫應答的一組緊密連鎖基因群。人類MHC又稱HLA,小鼠MHC又稱H-2。HLA基因位于6p21.3,全長約3600Kb,是免疫功能相關基因最集中、基因密度最高、多态性最豐富、與疾病關聯最密切的一個區域。MHC 基因編碼的分子是免疫細胞發育、免疫突觸的形成、控制T細胞以及NK細胞介導免疫應答的關鍵分子。但是MHC生物學功能遠未闡明。本實驗室的研究興趣是充分利用人類基因組計劃的成果,通過整合腫瘤學、遺傳學、免疫學、計算生物學等不同學科,發揮我校多學科交叉的優勢,探讨MHC家族分子在腫瘤發生與發展中的作用,在神經系統發育中的功能及其機制。
