1990參加工作,2002,6畢業于哈爾濱醫科大學醫學遺傳學專業,獲醫學博士學位。2006.9–2006.12德國馬格德堡大學醫學院高級訪問學者。2008.3-2008.9香港大學醫學院Research Fellow。主要從事消化道腫瘤的表遺傳調控機制及腫瘤診斷學标志物,分子分型标志物的研究。先後承擔國家自然科學基金、江蘇省自然科學基金等各級别項目11項,現在研國家自然科學基金2項。參編國家級“十一五” 規劃教材《醫學遺傳學》,國家級“十二五”規劃教材《醫學遺傳學》。參編《腫瘤表觀遺傳學》《分子診斷技術》等專著。主講《普通遺傳學》《醫學遺傳學》《醫學細胞生物學》等課程。
主要研究方向:消化系統腫瘤的表觀遺傳現象與腫瘤表觀遺傳标志物的篩查與應用研究
表觀遺傳調控在功能基因表達中普遍存在,其表現形式多種多樣,以DNA甲基化修飾、組蛋白修飾及非編碼RNA(miRNA及lncRNA)調控為主,調控哺乳動物的基因的表達,參與細胞及機體的生命活動。惡性腫瘤是正常細胞的異常發育,存在多種表觀遺傳修飾及調控的異常。本研究組以消化系統腫瘤為研究對象,緻力于其發生及進展過程中表觀遺傳現象及機制的研究,力求發現在疾病過程中起重要作用關鍵分子和作用方式,指導于腫瘤的臨床診斷與治療。 近期關注分析消化道腫瘤中表觀遺傳調控因子及非編碼RNA 在消化道腫瘤中的作用及可能的機制,同時尋找并分析可以服務于臨床工作的表觀遺傳标志物及其應用的可能性,應用表觀遺傳調控因子SNP, 分析消化道腫瘤的遺傳易感性。
