個人簡介:

   19817月參加工作,19916月畢業于南京鐵道醫學院微生物學與免疫學專業,獲碩士學位;199510月畢業于南京大學生物化學與分子生物學系,獲博士學位。19971月至199812月在美國羅切斯特大學醫學中心作博士後;19995月至20018月在加拿大多倫多大學附屬多倫多病童醫院博士後、訪問學者。20019月作為教育部“CJ學者獎勵計劃特聘教授,受聘為bet356在线官方网站基礎醫學院遺傳學研究中心主任,博士生導師;2003年獲準建設發育與疾病相關基因教育部重點實驗室,任主任;20044月至200911月任bet356在线官方网站基礎醫學院院長,200912月至201912月,任bet356在线官方网站生命科學研究院院長。先後獲得國家自然科學基金(面上、重點)、國家傑出青年科學基金、美國NIH基金(RO3)、國家“973”重大基礎研究項目等資助。

研究方向:突觸發育調控與認知疾病機制

   大腦通過約1015個突觸連接而成的巨大通訊網絡來進行信息處理、行使功能。突觸通過自身的可塑性,傳遞、轉變和完善信号。突觸細胞粘附因子,通過連接突觸前、後細胞,調節突觸傳遞信号,并且通過形成特異性的突觸功能來決定神經網絡的特性。家系分析發現,人類突觸細胞粘附因子基因發生突變與孤獨症、精神分裂症等關聯;基因組水平研究顯示,包括孤獨症、精神分裂症等多種認知性疾病,均存在編碼突觸分子,如CaherinsProtocadherinsL1CAMNeuroliginNeurexinCNTNAP2Contactins等的基因異常,但其緻病機制不清。本研究組以神經元表面蛋白分子為研究對象,應用綜合研究手段,結合模式生物,探索突觸發生、成熟、環路形成以及在學習記憶等高級神經活動與行為中的作用,探讨其在遺傳和表觀遺傳水平上的調控機制,為闡明其在相關的認知障礙與疾病中的作用奠定基礎。
