研究方向:



兒童智力發育遲緩和老年人群中的神經退行性疾病是常見多發的神經系統疾病,目前人們對其複雜的發病機理知之甚少,缺乏有效的治療手段,是生物醫學領域裡未解的難題。對神經發育,突觸形成和維持,神經遞質的傳遞和神經環路形成過程中關鍵分子及分子事件的研究是解開難題的核心。我們主要運用生物化學與分子生物學,細胞生物學,結構生物學,生物信息學和遺傳學等方法與手段,通過對細胞内蛋白質的表達調控,蛋白質之間的相互作用,蛋白質和RNA等生物大分子在細胞内的轉運以及相應細胞生理生化功能的研究,來揭示神經發育與退化過程的分子機制,探讨智力發育遲緩和神經退行性性疾病的發病機理,尋找新的治療手段。
