研究方向:孤獨症緻病機制研究
兒童孤獨症譜系障礙是一種常見的神經發育障礙性疾病,其發病率約1%。孤獨症的核心臨床症狀包括社會交往障礙和重複呆闆的動作,不同的孤獨症患者還伴随如智力障礙、癫痫、睡眠障礙等臨床症狀。目前人們對于兒童孤獨症的緻病機制尚不完全清楚。本實驗室以果蠅和小鼠為模式動物,運用生物化學與分子生物學、細胞生物學、遺傳學、神經生物學、電生理學及行為學解析孤獨症風險因子的分子功能及孤獨症的緻病機制。
