個人簡介


本科畢業于安徽師範大學,博士畢業于bet356在线官方网站随後于美國奧古斯塔大學、凱斯西儲大學博士後研究。20222月入職bet356在线官方网站,擔任教授。獲國家自然科學基金面上項目、江蘇特聘教授特别支持項目、南京市留學人員科技創新項目等資助。


 

研究方向


突觸是神經元與靶細胞之間形成的特殊連接,導神經信号傳遞,在神經環路形成、腦功能行使中扮演重要作用。突觸結構或功能異常可導緻精神疾病、運動障礙等問題本課題組利用小鼠等模式生物,以神經肌肉接頭(運動神經元與肌肉之間形成的突觸)為研究對象,綜合運用細胞生物學、分子生物學、電生理等手段,揭示突觸形成成熟調控機制,并探究運動神經退行性疾病——肌萎縮性側束硬化症(也被稱為漸凍症)的發病機制和治療策略
