個人簡介:
本科畢業于南京理工大學(應用物理學專業),博士畢業于南京大學(生物信息學方向),期間在德國哥廷根大學訪學兩年。随後于美國MD Anderson癌症研究中心和哥倫比亞大學任博士後和副研究科學家。2024年入職bet356在线官方网站,任上崗研究員、博士生導師,獲江蘇省特聘教授。
研究方向:
長期專注于遺傳學與生物信息學的交叉研究,開發幹濕結合的新技術,采用跨學科的方法解決遺傳學的關鍵科學問題并獲得一系列代表性成果:1)表觀遺傳記憶在親本-子代細胞之間的傳遞機制及其在細胞表型方面的重要作用。2)遺傳突變在癌症中的作用機制。采用系統生物學和多組學的方法揭示了癌症相關突變在基因調控網絡中的擾動機制,發現非編碼區上的關鍵遺傳突變的作用。3)開發基于表觀遺傳學、遺傳學的癌症無創診斷新技術。已在Nature、Molecular Cell、Science Advances、Nature communications、Cancer Discovery等高水平期刊發表論文20餘篇,研究成果在Nature、Cell等著名期刊上被丹麥科學院院士、歐洲科學院院士等多次引用。
