本科畢業于武漢大學生命科學學院(理學學士),碩士、博士分别畢業于加拿大McMaster University (麥克馬斯特大學) 生物系、南京大學醫藥生物技術國家重點實驗室。20048月開始任職于bet356在线官方网站。期間2013-2014年赴美國賓夕法尼亞大學(University of Pennsylvania, UPenn) 醫學院細胞與發育生物學系進行合作研究,2020-2021年由國家留基委(CSC)-McMaster University Joint Fellowship資助在加拿大McMaster University生物系訪問學者。

擔任Appl. Microbiol. Biotech., Curr. Pharm. Biotech., Mol. Plant-Microbe Interact., Int. J. Mol. Sci., Macromol.,Arch. Microbiol.SCI期刊審稿專家;中國微生物學會會員,bet356在线官方网站歐美同學會會員。

從事群體感應介導的微生物次生代謝調控研究包括抗藥性。近年發表期刊論文20多篇,其中10多篇SCI索引源文章,一作和通訊作者發文總IF> 100。刊于BMC Immunol. (2017) 文章被Web of Science 列為高被引論文,迄今它引499次。

承擔多項國家級/省部級科研項目,主持江蘇省自然科學面上項目、産學研項目以及參與國家科技支撐計劃海洋專項,等。

主講《生物制藥》(全英文)、《代謝調控原理與應用》等專業主幹課。
